Distributed across two stories, the ground floor offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, TV, and a built-in masonry kitchen complete with an electric oven, hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms, a study that can be converted into a single bedroom, and the bathroom. Outside, a large fenced garden with a wooden patio, tables, chairs, and loungers allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.
The apartment is located in the hamlet's small piazza, overlooking the Pieve di Santa Maria Assunta and the surrounding panorama, situated directly above the ancient stone arch that leads into the square.
