casa broccolo

Between stone walls, silence, and the changing seasons lie the apartments of Vezzano.

Staying at Vezzano means inhabiting the hamlet, not just passing through: authentic homes, slow rhythms, and the silence of the mountain.

The house owes its name to its last tenant, Broccolo, a seasonal laborer who arrived in Vezzano every spring with his wife and many children. He would arrive with his barroccino (a small horse-drawn cart), laden with misery, seeking work from the Montini family, the local landowners. He was as punctual as the hardships of the war years, and here, he always found a place to call home.

Rural memories, modern comfort: live Vezzano, its rhythms, and its stories.

An ancient agricultural building restored with care, preserving its stone walls, exposed beams, and a large fireplace.

The spaces have been reorganized to offer a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher, one bathroom, and two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The atmosphere is made unique by the wooden artworks of artist Mario Landi. Outside, a private furnished garden invites you to experience the house outdoors as well.

Located in the hamlet of Vezzano, Casa Broccolo is set in the historic heart of the agriturismo, featuring open views of the countryside and a private garden for guests to enjoy.
